Slotix services are hosted in Switzerland. We prioritize Swiss and European infrastructure and apply organizational and technical safeguards for cross-border processing when needed.

We also run automated privacy cleanup routines for expired tokens, aged technical records, and temporary privacy exports.

Privacy requests are handled through a tracked workflow, and workspace operators can process requests from Platform Admin > Privacy requests.
